Red Angus Commercial Bred Heifer Information
Heifers are time AIed at the beginning of May, then exposed 60 days to Mushrush Ranches’ calving ease (top 10%) bulls. These heifers are sold via contract through the late spring and early summer months, with a deposit due at signing and final payment made in October before the heifers are picked up.

How Does Your Heifer Contracting Process Work?
Contact us when you are ready to proceed. We will talk over details, numbers, breeding dates, frame size, baldie, etc. Once we are all on the same page, we will send you a contract for you to sign and send back with a small deposit. After that, we will be in contact with you in early October to arrange pickup. We try to make it easy!
Can I Visit the Ranch to View Heifers Before Contracting?
Absolutely! We enjoy taking people out to look at the cattle. We think it’s only fair you see them before you purchase. We are proud to show them off, too!
