Mushrush Ranches stands firmly behind the quality and performance of every bull we offer. That’s why we offer a guarantee on every bull we sell, as well as an optional warranty.
What Our Bull Guarantee Covers
We meticulously develop our bulls for soundness and longevity, and we back that development with a clear guarantee designed to protect your investment. We fully guarantee all bulls sold to be free of any genetic defect monitored by the Red Angus Association of America on the date of the sale. All bulls sold are guaranteed for fertility, structural soundness, and disposition for a period of 6 months following the purchase.
Breeding Soundness (Fertility)
All of our bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam, including a semen test.
Structural Soundness
We guarantee our bulls to be structurally correct and free from major defects that would hinder their ability to perform naturally in a breeding program.
Disposition
We guarantee our bulls to have a satisfactory and manageable disposition, ensuring safety and ease of handling in a working herd environment.
Our Bull Guarantee Process
If your bull is deficient in one of these areas listed above, you can return it to the sale site at your expense. We will either refund the purchase price, provide credit toward the purchase of a replacement animal, or replace the bull with another equivalent animal.
If you are returning an animal for breeding difficulties, you must provide a letter from a licensed veterinarian that shows the difficulties are not related to an injury or illness following the delivery of the bull.
About Our Extended Warranty
If you would like to add coverage for injury or death of your bull, you can purchase an optional extended warranty from us. We would like to emphasize that this is not insurance (like that purchased through a broker) but rather an additional service offered to our customers.
This coverage costs 5% of the purchase price of the bull and lasts for five months following the date of purchase. If your bull becomes injured or dies, you will get credit toward the purchase of another bull for the purchase amount, minus any salvage.
